Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead on‑site construction activities, ensuring that every phase aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with architectural, civil, and MEP teams to deliver integrated and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction work, monitoring progress against schedule and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Identify delays or deviations early and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all activities.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication with senior management.
• Collaborate with planning and cost‑control teams to align execution with budgets and forecasts.
• Support risk identification and mitigation, and lead value‑engineering initiatives to optimise costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent.
