Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction and industrial projects in South Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and direct industrial and construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with structural and engineering blueprints.
• Manage on‑site operations, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor project costs, review variations, and control multi‑million‑SAR budgets for financial efficiency.
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all construction sites.
• Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate delays or resource bottlenecks.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities regarding progress and approvals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction and industrial contracting projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Active PMP certification; membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset.
