About the role

The Senior Consultant leads specific workstreams within consulting engagements, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients. Working closely with Managers and Engagement Leads, the role ensures high‑quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute defined workstreams across consulting projects.
• Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Produce high‑quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable findings.
• Prepare materials and present findings in client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Contribute to problem‑solving and structuring of project approaches.
• Maintain quality and consistency of deliverables according to consulting standards.
• Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices.
• Identify additional opportunities within client engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4‑7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Experience in a management consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Saudi nationality required.
