Senior Coordinator, Athlete Performance

About the role

The Senior Coordinator, Athlete Performance provides high‑level administrative assistance to the Senior Director, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the Athlete Performance Services team. This position handles calendar management, travel logistics, meeting coordination and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Senior Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize engagements.
• Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transport.
• Draft, edit and circulate emails, memos and other communications on behalf of the Senior Director.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate logistical needs for training sessions and meetings.
• Track project deadlines, deliverables and action items to support timely progress.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to athlete performance services.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑level administrative support or coordination.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
