Senior Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead the creation of compelling content across digital platforms, websites, branding, and events. The role ensures that all output aligns with each client’s social‑media strategy, business goals, and our internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study and fully understand the social‑media strategies defined for each client.
• Create engaging copy for digital media, websites, branding materials, and event communications.
• Oversee the execution of content calendars, guaranteeing alignment with strategy and client objectives.
• Mentor junior content team members, providing training on industry trends and technical best practices.
• Review, edit, and proofread junior‑generated content to maintain a consistent brand voice and compliance with guidelines.
• Implement and follow Dice’s internal processes throughout the content production cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in content creation within an advertising agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful creative campaigns for diverse clients.
• Excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of current social‑media platforms and trends.
