Reef Group is looking for a talented and driven Senior CRM Developer to join our growing team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing high-performance Customer Relationship Management systems that drive business excellence and operational efficiency.

Missions principales

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced CRM solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and functional implementations.
• Lead the integration of CRM ecosystems with core enterprise systems including ERPs, third-party tools, and custom APIs.
• Develop sophisticated workflows, custom plugins, and automation scripts to optimize business processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and high availability.
• Provide high-level technical support and guidance to users while implementing continuous system improvements.
• Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, security, and compliance across all CRM environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in CRM development.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to complex problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile methodologies and collaborative environments.

Competences requises

• Advanced programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Apex (for Salesforce).
• Expertise in API management, system integrations, and complex data migrations.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and scalability.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services is highly preferred.
• Relevant CRM certifications (Microsoft or Salesforce) are a significant plus.
