Senior QA Test Engineer - Experience Assurance & CX Specialist

About the Role

Join Avensys, a global leader in IT services, as a Senior QA Test Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing a comprehensive Experience Assurance framework designed to detect, analyze, and prevent incidents that impact our customers' journey.

Main Missions

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust Experience Assurance framework to ensure high service quality.
• Develop and manage advanced incident detection channels to proactively identify service disruptions.
• Conduct deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of technical and functional issues.
• Analyze incident data to segment affected customers and assess the severity of business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and optimize the overall Customer Experience (CX).

Profile Required

• Proven experience in QA testing, incident management, or Customer Experience (CX) assurance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw incident data into actionable insights.
• Expertise in identifying patterns and performing complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global collaborative environment.
