About the role
Aramex India is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to maintain and enhance the customer structure across its Saudi Arabian operations. The role focuses on driving CRM policies, improving team performance, and supporting revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer data integrity and oversee account opening processes.
- Set and monitor CMT targets together with the CRM and country managers.
- Conduct continuous data analysis and market research to evaluate station performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling special requirements and reporting issues that could affect the brand.
- Assess CRM team performance and manage visitation schedules.
- Prepare monthly revenue versus target reports for CMT and country management.
- Organise monthly competitions to boost production.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing or a related discipline.
- Fluent English communication skills.
