Senior Data Analyst

About the role

This senior data analyst position supports a fast‑growing digital organization in Saudi Arabia. Working fully remote, you will turn complex marketing, financial and operational data into actionable insights that shape strategy and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount and overall business performance.
• Translate historical and operational data into forward‑looking insights, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain and optimise dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Design standardised reporting frameworks for marketing, client performance, media spend and core KPIs.
• Automate manual reporting by creating scalable data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.
• Manage data workflows with Supermetrics, Google Sheets and Apps Script to ensure seamless automation.
• Guarantee data integrity, consistency and quality across all reporting systems.
• Design and maintain structured databases for operations, finance and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field, preferably in a fast‑paced digital, agency or DTC environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high‑ownership setting.
