Senior Design / Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Design/Site Architect to lead the architectural vision of diverse projects, working closely with clients, engineers and contractors to deliver innovative, feasible solutions. The role combines design leadership, site assessment and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and verify compliance with design specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and design team members, fostering creativity and excellence.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design with strong site experience.
• Proven track record of leading projects from design through execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
