Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Kubernetes Expert)

About the Role

Join Jobgether's global engineering team as a Senior DevOps Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in designing resilient cloud-native architectures and driving the evolution of our scalable systems in a remote-first environment.

Main Missions

• Design and implement resilient cloud-native architectures to ensure high platform reliability.
• Develop and optimize modular infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps using YAML.
• Scale and maintain Kubernetes-based systems (AKS) following GitOps best practices.
• Strengthen platform security through secret-less authentication and Azure Key Vault integration.
• Implement advanced observability solutions using Datadog and the LGTM stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in a distributed team.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies and container orchestration.
• Strong mindset focused on automation, security, and developer productivity.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
