About the role
Adree is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Riyadh to support product development and platform automation. The role designs, implements and maintains secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure that enables automated software delivery, bridging development and operations through CI/CD, infrastructure as code and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Gather platform requirements with clients and stakeholders and deliver presentations and documentation on CI/CD capabilities, including agent pool management, environment provisioning and enterprise pipeline design.
- Create reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server for product and engineering teams.
- Enforce complex branching strategies, optimize build runner performance and maintain Linux-based runner systems.
- Work with Security and QA to manage third-party libraries, integrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA) and embed automated testing frameworks.
- Run workshops to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Integrate monitoring hooks and drive production deployment patterns using AppDynamics, BMC and Azure Monitoring.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- 6-10+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and build/release automation in enterprise environments, with proven production delivery exposure.
- Experience in government, heavily regulated or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching mindset, cross-team collaboration and strong ownership.
