Senior OutSystems Developer - Tech Lead

About the role

Adree, a subsidiary of Master Works, is looking for an OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead in Riyadh. The role designs, builds and oversees the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions and acts as the technical authority for OutSystems implementations, guiding the team on best practices, architecture patterns and integration strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews and set development standards.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable OutSystems applications (Reactive Web and Mobile) based on the 4-Layer Architecture.
• Architect and implement integrations with external systems, databases, REST/SOAP APIs and platforms such as Creatio CRM and .NET backends.
• Oversee project delivery, code quality, performance optimization and CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and UI/UX designers to turn requirements into technical specifications and estimate effort.
• Resolve complex blockers, performance bottlenecks and critical production issues.
• Apply security standards including access control, data encryption and OWASP top 10 mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years building enterprise applications with OutSystems.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as Tech Lead/Architect in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and strong mentorship and communication skills.

Required skills

• Expert OutSystems: Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center and LifeTime.
• OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring and database modeling.
• SQL Server/Oracle design, stored procedures and optimization.
• .NET (C#) for custom extensions.
• Scrum, Jira and Confluence.
