Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance‑driven campaigns that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion across digital channels. You will collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver data‑backed marketing initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and major social media platforms.
• Improve organic traffic through on‑page and technical SEO optimisation.
• Analyse performance data, manage budgets and maximise ROI for all digital spend.
• Design and test conversion‑rate optimisation strategies, including A/B testing and retargeting.
• Work with creative teams to produce engaging digital content.
• Monitor and report digital metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
• Enhance UX/UI across web and mobile experiences to increase user engagement.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and recommend proactive improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Creative approach to developing compelling marketing content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
