About the role
Tencent Cloud is expanding rapidly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and seeks a Senior Direct Sales Manager to drive its go‑to‑market strategy. You will lead the acquisition of new cloud service opportunities, nurture relationships with key partners, and accelerate growth of existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and engage client leads through networking and prospecting, identifying product‑ and solution‑based sales opportunities.
- Present relevant Tencent Cloud offerings, conduct need analysis, and manage RFP processes.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product teams and other internal stakeholders to propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain revenue growth, and provide recommendations for account expansion.
- Prepare and execute account plans, status reports, sales forecasts and quota attainment.
- Develop strategic plans based on industry trends (media, entertainment, edtech, e‑commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.).
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including profitability checks and internal account management.
- Build and maintain high‑value relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate commercial contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise sales, account management or related experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business and upselling existing customers.
