Senior Director – Commercial

About the role

The Senior Director – Commercial will lead Qiddiya Investment Company’s commercial strategy for its flagship entertainment and leisure projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive value creation, risk mitigation and contract excellence across large‑scale construction and real‑estate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives for major projects.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee end‑to‑end contract management, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation and performance monitoring.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within construction or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects and contracts.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
