Senior Director – Contract Logistics

About the role

The Senior Director – Contract Logistics reports to the Head of Logistics of Supply Chain and Logistics and is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end supply chain, transportation, and logistics operations for multiple resorts. The role ensures world‑class service across catering, laundry, and other logistical functions while aligning with the company’s vision and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimise supply chain functions across all resorts, ensuring cost‑effective and efficient operations.
• Lead, coach and motivate a cross‑functional team, setting priorities, managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor management, negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor operational costs, identify savings opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations, safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and track functional budgets, reporting financial performance against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 15‑20 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within hospitality or luxury resort operations.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.

• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
