Senior Director MMC and Knowledge Sharing

About the role

The Senior Director MMC and Knowledge Sharing leads the institutionalisation of innovation and structured learning across the Qiddiya City Programme. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role drives two strategic enablers – Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Delivery Learning & Knowledge Systems – to move the programme from fragmented project‑based execution to repeatable, performance‑driven delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer Qiddiya’s MMC ambition, roadmap and governance, identifying scalable opportunities across asset types.
• Establish standards, decision pathways and adoption frameworks, and align with Procurement and Supply Chain to support manufacturing agreements.
• Translate pilot outcomes into institutionalised standards, playbooks and measurable impact on cost, schedule, quality, HSE and sustainability.
• Create and govern a structured delivery knowledge‑sharing system, institutionalising lessons learned, best practices and repeatable standards.
• Implement cross‑BU transparency mechanisms, feedback loops between Delivery, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement and Commercial functions.
• Secure executive alignment for frameworks, governance models and scaling strategies, and drive measurable improvements in delivery predictability and productivity.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in construction delivery, preferably within large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary programmes.
• Proven track record of leading MMC initiatives or similar innovation programmes.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply‑chain and manufacturing integration.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in establishing knowledge‑management or learning systems in a complex environment.
