Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver digital initiatives on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
• Assess current digital capabilities, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions to improve performance and customer experience.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, budgets, forecasts, and business cases for digital projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their relevance to the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, end‑to‑end digital projects that generate significant business value.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, change‑management, and team‑building skills.
