About the role
The Senior Ecommerce Specialist will lead the day‑to‑day performance of our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while driving revenue growth. You will combine website management, commercial execution and data‑driven analysis to meet sales targets and improve conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the e‑commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with web developers or service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Partner with the marketing team to launch and monitor campaigns, optimizing conversion rates, cart abandonment and bounce metrics.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports (daily to yearly) covering traffic, sales, conversion and other key KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing an e‑commerce site in a senior capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
