Senior ELV Engineer – ICT Construction Supervision

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced ICT Engineer to lead the supervision of a construction project in the north‑west of Riyadh. The role focuses on overseeing the delivery of ELV (Extra‑Low Voltage) and ICT infrastructure, ensuring all works meet design, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and close‑out of ICT infrastructure including fiber optic, splicing, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, and data‑center equipment.
• Monitor site progress, manage schedules, resolve delays and coordinate logistics for material deliveries and workforce allocation.
• Conduct on‑site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are fully implemented during construction.
• Maintain construction documentation such as daily reports, inspection records and progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address technical issues and keep workflows smooth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• At least 5 years of construction supervision experience for ICT or data‑center projects; regional experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure construction standards.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑communication skills.

• CCNA and CCNP certifications (preferred)
