Senior Environmental Coordinator - Gas Operations

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Senior Environmental Coordinator in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to coordinate and manage environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for gas operations. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and company environmental requirements while supporting environmental management systems and sustainability programs.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, company standards and EMS requirements
• Support environmental activities related to gas operations
• Develop and implement environmental strategic plans and sustainability roadmaps
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, reporting and compliance activities
• Run environmental awareness sessions, campaigns and sustainability events
• Support ISO 14001 implementation and continual improvement
• Prepare environmental performance reports and presentations
• Coordinate environmental audits, inspections and corrective actions
• Maintain environmental documentation, permits and records

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience in gas operations and in environmental management and sustainability
• Experience developing strategic environmental plans and roadmaps, and running awareness sessions and events
• At least one certification: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) or NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management
