Senior Event & Exhibition Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Event & Exhibition Production Manager to lead the full production cycle of exhibition stands and brand experiences. The role combines hands‑on fabrication expertise with team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and with the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire production process from workshop fabrication to final on‑site installation.
• Lead multidisciplinary production teams including carpenters, painters, steel workers, electricians, and signage specialists.
• Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with approved drawings.
• Read and interpret CAD/shop drawings and translate them accurately into production and installation work.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, procurement, technical teams and suppliers.
• Manage on‑site installation and dismantling across multiple concurrent projects.
• Resolve technical and production challenges efficiently under pressure.
• Maintain rigorous safety, quality control and operational workflow standards.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in exhibition fabrication, workshop supervision and technical production.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
