Senior Executive Manager – Cybersecurity GRC & Data Protection

About the role

The Senior Executive Manager will lead the Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) unit at Bupa Arabia, ensuring robust security frameworks and data protection across the organization. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with business units to embed security best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity governance program, including policies, standards, and contracts.
• Design and implement a cyber risk management process, assess current and emerging risks, and produce tailored risk reports for the board and business heads.
• Establish and monitor third‑party risk operating models, create TPRM dashboards, and manage KPIs/KRIs for risk escalation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date register of legal and regulatory compliance requirements and conduct periodic assessments of security controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Proven ability to communicate complex risk concepts to senior executives and board members.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of designing effective risk frameworks.
