Senior Facilities Team Leader

About the role

The Senior Facilities Team Leader oversees daily facilities operations, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is performed efficiently while meeting HSE standards. You will lead a team, manage contractors, and support the Facilities Manager in delivering high‑quality services across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, KPIs, and SLAs, flagging any non‑compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset registers, inventory records, and storage management.
• Coordinate, audit, and monitor vendor and contractor performance, including AMC contracts and PTW processes.
• Support planning, evaluation, and execution of facilities projects and operational plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, participate in risk assessments, and conduct building inspections.
• Maintain continuous operation of HVAC, boilers, solar systems, generators, fire‑fighting & fire alarm (FF&FA), electrical switchgear, UPS, BMS, and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Respond to facilities emergencies and manage internal/external customer requests.
• Prepare and submit monthly soft and hard services reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in facilities management or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Solid project‑management experience.
