Senior Finance Manager – Saudi Arabia, Bahrain & Oman

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead finance operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group policies and local regulations. This strategic position supports commercial decisions, drives financial planning and provides insights that fuel regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AR/AP processes, customer reconciliations, revenue recognition and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Lead monthly closing, P&L variance analysis and prepare accurate reports for Group Finance.
• Manage regional budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning and treasury activities including cash management and banking relationships.
• Ensure corporate tax, VAT and withholding tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthen internal controls and support enterprise risk management.
• Partner with business units, monitor KPIs, support tendering, pricing and project evaluations.
• Drive reporting automation, dashboards and finance system enhancements (e.g., D365, Hyperion).
• Lead, mentor and develop the regional finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 + years of finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA.
• Proven experience in GCC markets (KSA, Bahrain, Oman) and multi‑entity, multinational environments.
• Exposure to ERP/finance systems, preferably D365 or Hyperion.
