Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning support to enable data‑driven business decisions. Working closely with business leaders, you will help shape investment choices and drive organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate performance, profitability and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, business cases and investment analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze financial statements, KPIs and operational metrics to support strategic decisions.
• Support business units in preparing financial plans, budgets and investment proposals.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and advise on performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and other departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analytical techniques.
