Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Forward Deployed)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to work directly with public‑sector clients, building AI‑enabled applications that improve services for millions of citizens. The role is forward‑deployed, meaning you will spend part of your time on‑site with clients to gather feedback and deliver solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with public‑sector clients to scope problems, collect feedback and deliver AI‑driven solutions, including up to two weeks per month on‑site.
• Architect and implement production‑grade full‑stack applications that integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) APIs with interactive UIs and backend services.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring security, scalability and reliability.
• Contribute reusable platform components that can be leveraged across multiple international client projects.
• Collaborate with design, product and data teams to align implementations with overall technical architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of post‑graduation full‑stack engineering experience.
• Self‑starter with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and deliver reliable software.
• Strong async communication skills to reduce friction across distributed teams.
• Experience building solutions with large language models and a solid understanding of the generative AI landscape.
