Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with an AI and data technology company that is building an enterprise platform to help organisations make smarter, faster decisions using operational data. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join an early‑stage engineering team in Riyadh and have genuine influence over technical decisions, product direction, and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build modern web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Create enterprise dashboards that turn complex operational data into actionable insights.
• Design analytics and data‑exploration tools for large datasets.
• Implement workflow automation features to streamline business processes.
• Integrate AI‑enabled services into customer‑facing applications.
• Design secure, scalable backend architecture and optimise database performance.
• Collaborate with Product, AI and Engineering teams to shape new functionality.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Support production systems and continuously improve performance, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend development experience using Python.
• Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Experience working with Docker and containerised applications.
• Good grasp of software architecture, scalability and engineering best practices.
• Experience building production SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, product‑focused environment.
