Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Technical Lead

About the role
SyanPro is a modern Field Service Management SaaS platform built for the Saudi Arabian market. We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to own and evolve the entire SaaS architecture, ensuring it can scale to multiple applications and thousands of users.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
- Build scalable backend services with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and expose RESTful APIs.
- Own the end‑to‑end SaaS platform architecture, including multi‑tenant design, high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.
- Implement microservices‑based, event‑driven solutions using Apache Kafka, API gateways, and service discovery.
- Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases, write efficient SQL, and implement Redis caching strategies.
- Collaborate with DevOps to automate deployments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerise applications with Docker, and manage Kubernetes clusters.
- Monitor system performance and reliability with modern observability tools.
Required profile
- Several years of experience building and managing enterprise‑grade SaaS products.
- Proven ability to design and scale multi‑application, multi‑tenant platforms.
- Strong understanding of high‑availability, security, and performance best practices.
