Senior General Business Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior General Business Sales Executive will lead complex, partner‑driven sales engagements for SAP’s General Business segment in Riyadh. Working closely with Partner Business Managers and Inside Sales, you will coach partner teams, build a robust pipeline and drive revenue growth across high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute solution‑ or industry‑focused business development plans in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Partner Business Managers to create partner business plans, identify growth opportunities and align activities with SAP’s go‑to‑market strategy.
• Coach partner sales representatives on positioning SAP solutions, building business cases, ROI calculations and leveraging analyst data.
• Drive deal closure on large, complex opportunities by balancing direct and indirect sales activities.
• Enable partners through demand‑generation plans, competency development, resource utilization and presales coaching.
• Monitor KPIs, innovate pipeline generation approaches and ensure high conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑software sales with a focus on partner‑led, complex deals.
• Deep understanding of SAP solutions and the industries they serve.
• Strong ability to influence and mentor partner sales teams.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large sales cycles.
• Excellent analytical skills and competitive intelligence capabilities.
