Senior Handover Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The Senior Handover Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of acceptance testing and handover activities for large‑scale infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Reporting to the Project Management Office, the role ensures that completed assets are safely transferred from construction to operations, meeting all technical, HSE and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination among testing and commissioning representatives from the client, authorities, PMCs and contractors for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and utility systems.
• Develop and implement handover strategies, execution plans, procedures and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership during final acceptance testing and handover phases, ensuring compliance with specifications and operational requirements.
• Serve as the focal point between engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, vendors and client representatives throughout project execution.
• Oversee multidisciplinary commissioning activities to guarantee seamless system integration and handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in commissioning, start‑up and handover of industrial or infrastructure assets.
• Saudi national as required by the client.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and HSE standards.
