Senior HR Executive – Middle East Operations

About the role

The Senior Executive, HR will shape the employee experience across the Middle East, overseeing onboarding, day‑to‑day HR support and payroll validation. The role also extends its impact to India and Brazil, contributing to HR projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding transactions, coordinating with IT and hiring departments.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and conduct orientation sessions.
• Prepare and keep employment contracts, letters, personnel files, visas, IDs and HR records.
• Administer medical insurance enrollments, deletions and claims follow‑ups.
• Update HR databases, tracking probation, renewals, attendance and leave.
• Validate monthly payroll inputs for the Middle East and provide support for India and Brazil.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring accurate records.
• Prepare HR documentation for internal and external audits and maintain compliance records.
• Produce monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, joiners, leavers) and maintain dashboards.
• Maintain POSH training records and support related data analysis.
• Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end onboarding and talent acquisition transactions.
• Experience preparing HR documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian HR practices and labour regulations.
