Senior HR Specialist

About the role

Moomoo Arabia Capital, part of the FUTU Group, is expanding its local team in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to design and execute HR strategies that support our business objectives and nurture a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance to managers and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate training and development programs to boost skills and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records while safeguarding confidential information.
• Collaborate with leadership on compensation and benefits strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR best practices and compliance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and diplomatic handling of sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR‑related software.
