About the role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to C‑Suite executives and Board members, integrating HR strategy with overall corporate objectives. This leader drives high‑performance culture, talent management, and employee engagement while providing data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and strategic projects.
- Design and implement talent management programs covering performance, succession, and leadership development.
- Leverage analytics to monitor workforce trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support organizational effectiveness.
- Lead cultural transformation and change‑management efforts to boost employee engagement and experience.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and training sessions.
Required profile
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic partnership role supporting C‑Suite and Board.
- Proven record of developing HR strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, labor relations, and change management.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing complex change initiatives and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
