Senior Human Resources Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our Human Capital Consulting team. The role involves leading end‑to‑end HR transformation projects for government or large enterprise clients, helping them align people strategy with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Human Capital consulting engagements from assessment through implementation.
• Design organization structures, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct workforce planning and sizing exercises aligned with business strategy.
• Develop job architecture, job families, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
• Support performance management, KPI frameworks, and talent management initiatives.
• Design career paths, succession planning, and organizational development solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations.
• Perform current‑state assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking studies.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience with HR consulting firms is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, job evaluation, competency frameworks, and HR operating models.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements for government, public sector, or large organizations is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
