Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this role you will manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle, oversee HRIS administration, ensure compliance, and provide HR analytics to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, including interview coordination, background checks, and contract preparation.
• Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure legal compliance.
• Assist performance management processes, tracking reviews and supporting managers.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
• Monitor HR trends and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Support assigned HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.

• Advanced MS Office skills.
