Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Specialist leads advanced HR functions, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labour regulations and government platforms. Acting as a strategic advisor to management, the role also mentors junior HR staff and supports organisational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Saudi Labour Law and manage employee contracts, renewals, transfers and terminations.
• Oversee visa processing, work permits, residency renewals and coordinate with government relations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Provide employee‑relations support, handling disciplinary actions, investigations and grievance procedures.
• Assist payroll preparation, salary reviews, GOSI contributions and statutory benefits.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards, turnover reports, recruitment metrics and workforce analytics.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all departments and locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI and government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF, Muqeem).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and HRIS systems.
• Experience using SAP or Oracle HR modules.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, Mudad, HRDF and Muqeem platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
