Senior Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE Engineer

About the role

Qahwa is building an AI‑powered platform for modern coffee shops, unifying POS, inventory, accounting, marketing and loyalty. We are seeking a senior engineer to own and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers our SaaS solution, ensuring high reliability, performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision and maintain production cloud environments.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Manage application hosting, databases, caching, networking and storage services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and incident‑response processes.
• Improve system reliability, performance and disaster‑recovery readiness.
• Enforce security, access controls, secret management and compliance.
• Monitor and optimise infrastructure costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating production workloads in a cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of containerisation and deployment automation.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Experience managing relational databases and distributed systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot application‑level issues when needed.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, organised and driven to succeed.
