About the role

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead L&D initiatives across Idaratech, focusing on sales enablement and technology training. The role will design and deliver programs that boost employee performance in ERP and SaaS solutions while supporting the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

Conduct training needs analysis for all departments.
Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and sales‑focused training programs.
Create structured onboarding journeys, especially for new sales hires.
Support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle to improve effectiveness and revenue growth.
Identify skill gaps and drive continuous development aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
Proven experience with SaaS or ERP systems.
Familiarity with HR practices and employee development.
Preferred certification: Training of Trainers (ToT).

Required skills

Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
Hands‑on experience with SaaS applications.
Understanding of ERP systems.
