About the role

The Senior Legal Consultations Analyst provides expert legal advice and prepares comprehensive legal studies for various business units. This role ensures that all company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal consultations on operations, real estate, and business activities, aligning advice with relevant statutes and policies.
• Prepare legal opinions and studies in response to inquiries from multiple sectors within the organization.
• Review and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Support the Human Resources department on labor law matters, employee rights, and contract administration.
• Update labor regulations and ensure company policies reflect current legal trends and best practices.
• Analyze employment‑related legal texts, including decrees and circulars, and advise on compliance.
• Promote legal awareness across the company through effective communication.
• Assist committees and projects with legal guidance to align practices with statutory requirements.
• Evaluate strategic commercial decisions, providing risk assessments and legal insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2‑3 years of experience in legal research and consultations within a large organization.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
