About the role
An exciting opportunity to join a leading food and beverage organization in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Legal Counsel. You will work within a growing legal team, providing expert advice on corporate, commercial and M&A matters across the GCC.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver legal advice on corporate and commercial issues, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
- Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
- Oversee corporate governance matters and advise the board.
- Manage cross‑border transactions and advise on international legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with business units on a broad range of business law matters.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience as a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in an international law firm environment.
- Strong exposure to international legal frameworks and cross‑border transactions.
