Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal function of a fast‑growing technology company in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all legal operations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, including technology, construction and data‑centre agreements.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory, infrastructure and data‑privacy matters.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee dispute resolution.
• Support senior management on corporate governance and risk management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience advising on legal matters within the technology sector.
• Extensive background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, technology or data‑centre projects.
• Willingness to be based in Saudi Arabia or relocate to the Kingdom.

• Strong knowledge of technology‑related legislation and commercial law.
• Expertise in contract law and regulatory compliance.
