Senior Legal Counsel – Labour Law Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong focus on Saudi labour law to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh. The role will involve providing expert legal advice on employee investigations, workplace issues, policy development, and disciplinary actions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior management on all matters related to Saudi labour legislation.
• Conduct and oversee employee investigations and handle related documentation.
• Draft, review, and update workplace policies and employment contracts.
• Support disciplinary procedures and represent the organisation in labour disputes.
• Collaborate with other legal team members to ensure consistent legal compliance.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of post‑qualification experience as a Saudi‑qualified lawyer.
• Demonstrated expertise in Saudi labour law and related regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee investigations and disciplinary cases.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
