Senior Line Cook

About the role

As a Senior Line Cook you will be central to maintaining the high standards of our kitchen. You will prepare a variety of dishes, oversee daily kitchen flow and mentor junior cooks to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items to the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Train, guide and support junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor kitchen stations to ensure smooth and efficient operation during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in inventory checks and ingredient preparation as needed.

• Proven experience as a line cook with senior‑level responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and ability to train junior team members.
• Commitment to high culinary standards and food safety.
