Senior Manager Business Analysis

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a Senior Manager Business Analysis to shape the future of aviation through data‑driven decision making, business transformation and innovative technology solutions. You will lead the analysis, design and continuous improvement of business and technology capabilities across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the identification, validation and prioritisation of business and technology requirements.
• Translate operational needs into scalable solutions that deliver strategic outcomes.
• Work closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, developers, technology partners and vendors to evaluate needs and recommend innovative solutions.
• Analyse current‑state and future‑state operating models, identify improvement opportunities and define transformation requirements.
• Influence application roadmaps, enterprise‑wide technology initiatives and infrastructure modernisation programmes.
• Provide governance and continuous improvement of operational processes, KPI monitoring and technology service management.
• Support data‑driven decision making and operational excellence across the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Transformation or related fields.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in business requirements analysis, process transformation, gap analysis, business intelligence and data analytics.
