Senior Manager – Communications Consultancy

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead communications consultancy for its Middle‑East clients. You will act as the primary liaison between the agency and existing clients, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and communications.
• Support the Associate Business Director in developing and delivering communication strategies that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Monitor communication trends, conduct competitive audits, and produce reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Supervise, inspire, and mentor executive team members.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of advertising, social media, and media industries.
• Deep knowledge of clients’ businesses, markets, and competitors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of agency capabilities, processes, and tools.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management and stakeholder‑alignment skills.
