Senior Manager, Contracting & Procurement

About the role

The Senior Manager, Contracting & Procurement will lead the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle and contract management for the organization. Reporting to Executive Management, this role ensures that all purchasing activities align with corporate objectives, legal standards and risk‑mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day contract administration and manage the full life cycle of procurement and contracts.
• Draft complex legally binding agreements, including NDAs, lease agreements, purchase orders and sub‑contracts.
• Assist staff in negotiating contract terms to secure favorable conditions while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Develop and maintain standards, templates, policies and tools for contracting and procurement.
• Own the procurement process, supporting strategic sourcing, vendor management and the preparation of RFPs, specifications and evaluation criteria.
• Research legal and contractual issues, interpret basic legal concepts and advise on intellectual‑property and international considerations.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as directed by executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering; advanced degree (MBA or Law) preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in contracts, procurement or a closely related field.
• Proven management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
