Senior Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

Apparel Group is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager – E‑Commerce to lead the growth of its online business across multiple digital channels and marketplaces. You will shape the e‑commerce strategy, boost online sales and profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e‑commerce strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive online revenue, market share, and customer acquisition through new channel initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the company website and marketplace listings, ensuring optimal pricing, promotions, inventory and content.
• Own sales targets, budgets, forecasts and profitability; create promotional calendars and commercial campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to plan and optimise paid search, social, affiliate, display, CRM and other acquisition channels.
• Analyse sales and traffic data, implement corrective actions and continuously improve conversion rates and average order value.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
