Senior Manager – GRC & Internal Audit Trainer (Riyadh)

About the role

PwC Academy, the learning arm of PwC Middle East, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design and delivery of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and internal audit training programs in Riyadh. The role combines subject‑matter expertise with instructional design to build high‑impact learning experiences for employees at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver GRC training programs for leadership, technical, and compliance teams.
• Create learning assets such as presentations, e‑learning modules, manuals and job aids aligned with current GRC standards.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person workshops, simulations and case‑study discussions.
• Customize content for business functions including IT, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations.
• Act as internal expert on frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 37301, COSO, NIST and COBIT.
• Advise on risk and compliance policies, controls and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into training initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments, define learning KPIs and measure training effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of the GRC learning strategy and support enterprise risk‑culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑manager level experience in GRC, risk management or internal audit.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering professional training programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 37301, COSO, NIST and COBIT frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate regulatory requirements into learning solutions.
